Since working out in my basement to our videos and going to seminars, camps, summer circuits and then doing a strong winter schedule, I have loved Hockey. My life has changed since starting a new job, fighting a family battle for my elderly mom and searching for a new home for my family.Yet, every day I feel motivated by UO and now will get back on the skates and finish this year by getting out and evaluating every ref in my area. I am sure to say "SLOW IS SMOOTH AND SMOOTH IS FAST" more than a few times. I will show you indeed how you all have helped."

I feel confident that I have the direction to get where I want to go and am developing the network to help make that happen. Rated top referee at the 2010 MHOA camp
What UO Membership Means to Robert:
"Before joining the group I was an inexperinced official and I wasn't very good. I wanted to improve but I didn't know how. The annual seminars didn't help me and neither did in-season evaluations. After meeting J.B. and learning about UO I knew this was what I needed. I learned a ton through J.B's videos. There is no better teaching tool than having your performance evaluated on film and being able to see all your mistakes. I love being part of this group. We learn from each other and we motivate each other."
